🎮 Tiny Kong in Spin-Off Games
After her iconic debut in Donkey Kong 64, Tiny Kong hit the ground running — appearing in racing games, sports titles, and party-style competitions. Let’s explore her awesome spin-off appearances that took her far beyond DK Isle!
🏁 Diddy Kong Racing DS (2007)
This was Tiny's spin-off debut and the first time we saw her teen redesign. She replaced Banjo in the lineup and raced across Dino Domain, Sherbet Island, Snowflake Mountain, and Dragon Forest. Her stats were balanced and her long pigtails were still full of flair!
- ⭐ Speed: Medium
- ⭐ Acceleration: Medium
- ⭐ Handling: Medium
She helped collect the Wizpig Amulet and even raced him across outer space in Future Fun Land!
💥 Donkey Kong Barrel Blast (2007)
In this high-speed Wii racer, Tiny was an unlockable character and the rival of Kalypso, a Kremling with matching sass. She used her Ponytail Whirl to attack and performed powerful Wild Moves during barrel-blasting races!
- Boost: ★★★★★
- Speed: ★★★★☆
- Agility: ★★☆☆☆
Her animations included victory spins, pouting losses, and even practicing at Cranky's Flight School. Her drums were purple and green with a flower design to match her outfit!
⚾ Mario Super Sluggers (2008)
Tiny made her Mario series debut in this Wii baseball game! She joined Donkey Kong’s team and could climb walls with her Clamber ability. Her bat had a flower just like her outfit, and she had amazing chemistry with the other Kongs!
- Batting: ★★★★★
- Pitching: ★★★★★
- Fielding: ★★★★★★
- Running: ★★★★★
Her entrance animations and poses were some of her most expressive yet — and her all-around stats made her one of the most balanced players in the game!

🎵 The DK Rap – Melee & Brawl
Tiny appears in the DK Rap that plays on the Kongo Jungle stage. Her lyrics mention her twin-tail flight and climbing skills — plus she’s seen hitting a Klaptrap like the sassy queen she is!
🏆 Trophy & Sticker in Brawl
In Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Tiny appears as both a trophy and a sticker. Her trophy mentions her speed and hair spin but not her relationship to Dixie Kong — a detail fans still debate. Her sticker features her DK64 artwork and is usable in Subspace Emissary.
Though she hasn’t joined the roster (yet!), her cameos keep the jungle spirit alive in the Smash universe!
❌ Canceled Appearance: Donkey Kong Racing
One of Tiny’s biggest “what-ifs” was her role in the canceled Donkey Kong Racing for GameCube. She would have returned in her original DK64 form — blue overalls, flower hat and all — riding Enguarde the Swordfish underwater!
Unfortunately, the game was scrapped after Rare was sold to Microsoft in 2002. Some trailers and screenshots were released, showing Tiny in action one last time before her official redesign became permanent on DS and Wii.
✨ Even the canceled games can’t erase Tiny's legacy. She’ll always be a standout Kong in our hearts!
